Licensing help

Post by bruru »

I downloaded the trial version and set it up to the best of my ability. I was able to streat and transcode a video from a network drive easily. I am viewing it through a Samsung television through a Samsung bd player. I want to purchsase a license for the product but when I search for clients as the instructions ask me to, I find neither the BD player or the TV.. All the clients listed are my network drives and othwer hardware like a soundbridge. They all have red icons next to them. How can I find the proper device ID and hoew can I license the product if the device doesn't appear in tghe client list?

4. If you do not have enough trial period to test the program or if you have already bought a license and want to test it out with another device, you can apply by mail info@wildmediaserver.com for a free activation code on 15 days (required the Device Code).

Eugene, I followed these instructions. The problem is when I search I only find a LAN not the wireless network, and when I search for clients I don't see the TV or the BD player. I can't license a device that I can't find. What am I doing wrong?

Settings - Server - "The list of authorized network connections" - check the list
