upgrade from 1.07.1 fails

I have a licensed copy of WMS version 1.07.1.
I cannot upgrade nomather what i try

When i use (1.07-1.08rc2) is says i have version 1.07 installed ??
When i use (1.08rc1-1.08rc2) or (1.07.3-1.08rc1) is says i have version 1.07.1 installed but cannot upgrade (ofcourse) because this is not the right starting version.

Can you help me out here pls
