I am using 0.72.2 and after I enter various podcast rss feeds my two media players (wdtv-live and popcorn a-100) show "No Content Found on Server".
Here is one feed that does not work.

Podcast Problem
Re: Podcast Problem
OK, I got it to work by clicking "Get Properties" and then selecting "Send original podcast links to playback device". It does not operate as I would expect. I would think that when you select the podcast it would go out and get the rss feed and present me with the items; those items would show up in the list. Selecting one of those items would tell the server to go out and get the item and start playing it.

The current version has problems with reading the properties this podcast (the title of the elements presented in another form), I made changes to the reading of the podcast, will be corrected in the next version. Thank you for reporting this issue.weaver4 wrote:OK, I got it to work by clicking "Get Properties" and then selecting "Send original podcast links to playback device". 1 - Add podcast
2 - paste the URT in Link
3 - Click <Read the properties...> and click NO...
when I do this, I don't see any items in my List[Movies] so I try do add one item by:
4- add link
5- paste URT in Path
6 - right click on the new created items and click Transcoding profile and select Movie - TsMuxer
this transcoding is the only that doesn't give me an error when I test transcoding...but when I try it on my TV, i give me a back screen...
in the post viewtopic.php?p=27#p27 , how did they get the list of all items [Movies]? was it entered manually or it was feed by the URL source? if it is automatically, it doesn't seems to work for me.
do you have other tips to help me make it work with my Sony W5100 ( W5500 in the USA)
Re: Podcast Problem
Hi,
Try using profile transcoding, "Movies (primary)", I think Sony does not support the original video track.dawjax wrote:Hi, thanks for your help, it is appreciated but I am still missing something... here is the step that I do, am I missing something?Eugene wrote:Hi,viewtopic.php?p=27#p27dawjax wrote: I've been reading for the last 2 days on how to read YouTube with WMS on my Sony W5100 and I am still not able to make it work.
