Liking the trial but need some help

Discovered this product about a week ago and decided to give it a try.

So far I am enjoying it.

But I do have some questions:

Currently using a Samsung PN58C8000 plasma tv as my renderer device.

Can I change the heirarchy of the folder structure so that My tv only displays this information.

I was also wondering if there is a full glossary description of settings for this program. I just don't understand some of the settings.
