Loewe NMP2600 ( Connect 26 ") and Loewe NMP2100

CFG for Loewe TV`s with the build in DMR NMP2100 and NMP2600
In this Configuration it also works for WLAN.
Because NMP2100 and NMP2600 have some problems with special avi´s, avi´s will be transcode.
The cfg is set to less cpu usage by transcoding.
