I've been using Wild Media Server to stream MPEG4 local videos (home movies) from my Windows Vista PC to my Sony Bravia TV over WiFi. The video and audio is absolutely fine.
I created an ESPN3 Podcast entry (following instructions and file downloaded from this forum). I also downloaded VLC (per the recommendations). I have streamed ESPN3 Podcast programs over the last couple of weeks with the following results: good video, but the audio is incredibly "choppy".... It simply sounds as if only 1 out of 4 words get through. I need help to get audio to sound right!
I looked extensively through multiple postings on this forum and simply cannot find a setting that may help me. I am running version 1.09.1
My settings (Transcoding Profiles List) for Internet Television is "VLC", while others are mostly "WMSMPEG".
Look forward to your help!
Sound is choppy on ESPN3 Podcast
Re: Sound is choppy on ESPN3 Podcast
I think a problem with mono sound, try update to version 1.09.1
Re: Sound is choppy on ESPN3 Podcast

Thanks!

The program does not change channels quantity, when channels quantity is unknown
