How to tanscode Video and Music from c drive

Post by victorwill »

I am using the trail version of your product and i was able to use the podcast. Most of them work great.
For some reason, i am unable to correctly transcode Videos and Music from my C drive. I have search for help through your forum but no luck. I have used the scan option but the music and Videos are not playing. I am using sony BDP-S570. This is selected within the setting section of the WildMediaServer program. I have moved the video files into the default folder path but no luck. I also allow it to search all drives. In all cases, it will find the Video and Music files but it appears that it does not transcode them for the Sony device.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Frankly, i guess it is because i was expecting the music to be under the music folder. But i guess not.
Today, i was able to fine the vidoes under the transcoding folder. Do i need to move them manual to a specific folder? or they need to stay inside the transcoding folder?
Thanks again

Sony players have three sections Video, Music, Photo. Media resources should be selected to play in the appropriate section. You can enable the mode "For movies navigation from Transcoding folder" (Settings - Device or Settings - Server - choose a device - Edit - Settings). If the video does not play in the folder "Original", you can to choose playback with transcoding.
