Internet tv stream reuse

Hi,
I have problem to reuse internet TV stream.
When I start to play stream first time it comes up and play correctly but when I stop it and than trying to use it again it did not start anymore.
Only solution is to restart PC (not only WMS)

WMS last version and update
Windows 7 ultimate
VLC last available version
sony kdl-40v5500
stream is http://wmsta3.the.sk/ta3live
but not only this stream (it is globaly for any my streams)

Can You help me ?

Try use mms://wmsta3.the.sk/ta3live and the transcoding profile "Movies - VLC - FFMPEG"

Perhaps your device is trying to continue playing, you must choose "Play from beginning" (if exists)

Yes You are right.

SPECIAL FOR SONY LCD remote controler it looks like this:
MENU (blue button) -> select video part -> Internet resources -> scroll to stream that You want to watch -> press OPTIONS button -> scroll and press RESTART
