streaming liveonlinefooty etc to sony bdp-s370

ok i posted in the bdp s370 thread but i think it got overlooked or no one was interested so i thought i may have more luck if i made my own thread

i have downloaded the trial version as someone said i could watch an internet stream eg liveonlinefooty ,everythingon.tv that is being watched on my laptop and stream it to my tv through my bdp-s370.......well i have tried but i just dont have a clue how to get it working. is anyone able to help or will it not work?

i have only just started lloking into this so i am a total novice and any help would be very much appreiciated
