Question on updating podcasts

When you right click on Podcasts, then select' Update Podcasts', what is supposed to happen? I see the window open and it says its updating, but I do not have any new shows.

I installed the HULU file. Do I need to manually enter shows I would like to watch if they are not include in the hulu.wdf file? Is there a location to download a current list of HULU programming?

On the pages of Hulu exists the orange RSS icon. You can copy the URL of the icon into the clipboard - WMS - select the folder "Hulu" - right click - Add podcast - Link - paste link from clipboard - Ok - right click - Update podcast. Hulu restriction: 20 episodes only.
