Using Subtitles with the "Beginning Intervals" Feature

Post by Tiro_3 »

Hi!

So far I'm quite happy with WMS, so once my trial expires, I think I will go for a licensed version.
However, I had a question first:

I sometimes use the "Beginning Intervals" feature (Settings - Media-resources - Service - Folder Transcoding).
I have set the interval to 5 minutes.

But if I use it, the subtitles are out of synch.
It shows video and audio from the time of the beginning interval that I selected, but the subtitles display as from the very start of the movie.

Any way to fix this? :?

I tried different file formats for the movies, and the subtitles are .srt with the same file name as the movie file.
TV: Samsung UE46C8705 (equivalent to UE46C8000)
BDP: Samsung BD-C6900
PC: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Intel Core i7 920
12 GB RAM
Router: Wi-Fi Jensen Air:Link 29150 (150 Mbps)

Reproduce the problem failed.

I'll try it with my BDP, since we have the same.
Maybe it's an issue with the TV.

Nope, same result with BDP.

What on earth could be wrong?
A setting perhaps?
