Hello,

First of i really like your program and works great when playing .m2ts divx etc etc. My problem is when trying to view .mkv files i cant seem to get it to work. On normal settings i can play it but every 10 min i have to pauze the remote for 1 min because its starting to freeze up which is quite annoying. I tried several things i read on forum like setting transcode profile to ts muxer and mpegts stream etc etc but all it does is load the movie and then black screen before it starts. Any suggestions?

Which version ? If 0.71.X, it is possible to profile "Movies-TSMuxer" does not work, you must select the audio track in the track list movie on right click "mouse". When selecting your profile "Movies-TSMuxer" test transcoding on right click "mouse" runs?
Sony it is very exacting to video H264, therefore not all sizes of a frame are supported and not any coding H264 will be supported.

i updated wild media server to the latest update. when i do what you say and start the play on the tv it says its not able to play the media after loading the video. when i test transcoding it runs to 100% without error.

Thanks, I think the problem is the frame size 1920x1038. To check you can specify a more user-friendly directory for transcoding temporary files (Settings-Transcoder), run test transcoding for a short time, copy the file from the temporary directory on the USB-Flash Drive and try to view the file via USB.

But first try to set the following
Settings-Media-resources-File types, MIME-type: video/vnd.dlna.mpeg-tts

Restart server, check play on tv

You can use the transcoding profile with a smaller frame size Movies (primary) _WWWxHHH or use pre-transcoding movies (you must specify a directory for pre-transcoding and include it in the Folder List of media resources) - Settings-Processing.
