Ok, test transcoding works every time for me now.
But streaming on TV has problems. For some reason, 2 dump files are created simultaneously and sometimes TV prints an error
Note: folder was empty before I tried to stream.

There is another problem: the same podcast sometimes plays, sometimes does not. Test transcoding of the same podcast sometimes works, sometimes does not. When it does not work there no rtmpdump.exe process. I attached the transcoding window.

Try to split the movie into parts < 4GB. At least you can check if that's the case.
