Just figured out to use another transcoding profile for those files ... switched to Transcoding Profile "Movies - TsMuxer" and it worked OK.

I just can't fast forward in those files via the Samsung Remote, but that's ok, as long as it plays :D

Same 'trick' worked for some other avi files that ...
