Not sure what you're saying. Do you not want to help me? I can go elsewhere if that's what you're suggesting... guess this is how you get people to buy your software when the trial is over?
Did you read my post? I asked where to put the code in the transcoding parameters window.
Grumpy.

Re: Install problem
The Transcoding Parameters window is full of code. Do I delete all that code and paste in: -i "<INPUT FILE>" -f mp3 -acodec libmp3lame -ab 320000 -ar 48000? Or do I append it on to the end, the beginning or what? By the way, tried scanning all 5300 media files again and WMS became "no...

Re: Install problem
Hi Eugene, here is a screen save of the mp3 transcode test: http://rapidshare.com/files/361618548/MP3Capture.PNG (hope I'm doing this right!) I think it says something about the tag being skipped and cannot handle unsynchronization. I assume this means it failed? Nothing about temp folder problem. T...

Re: Install problem
Do I do this from the All Music folder or the transcoding folder? I have over 5300 files and when I right click-select all-load file properties, it starts scanning and hangs! Maybe I should try not scanning so many? When I select all and right click test transcoding I get a quick DOS like window pop...

Re: Install problem
Ok, some more info for you...in WMS-Settings-Media Device-Type=Sony TV (DLNA, 16:9, 1920x1080). Down further in Embedded File Support-Music=MP3. So, I guess WMS has to transcode .flac to mp3? If I use Transcoding Profile Music-FLAC-LPMC, Sony won't play? Needs to be Music-FLAC-MP3? Please forgive my...

Re: Install problem
Thanks Eugene, I can now see all my files on the TV. Feeling kind of stupid! Can't really figure out how to make this work...I have to load a transcoding profile? When I'm at the TV and I navigate to a song file, it says "Music file cannot be played". Do I have to highlight all music files...

Hi, I'm running Windows 7 64 bit on a computer with lots of power. I have a Sony KDL52 XBR9. Downloaded and installed WMS and it is running "Scanning media resource directories:", and it keeps hanging at the same Peter Gabriel "SO" folder everytime. Task Manager says not respondi...
