The local IP address has been changed (I did'nt do it). It was 192.168.0.11 and now is 192.168.0.12.

WMS have worked good, but today it does not start. I deinstalled and installed WMS again, but WMS is not starting.

When I click the Start icon it is pressed, the log information says it is started, but the Start icon is still active and WMS does not start. I recorded a video to show this ...

I looked into Regional settings and all is and was good, now and before. In Advanced tab, there is Polish language selected - not Russian. So I have nothing to change there. As a default subtitles still ...

Untranslated tooltips are in Settings-Transcoder-"Subtitles, speed indiator"

I have a problem with subtitles settings. I use Polish (pol) for all subtitles but WMS forces Russian characters which replaces all Polish diacritical characters as a default (we use WIN-1250).
