The UNICODE problem will be the problem with the "Artist index" script I guess, so there is indeed nothing for me to do than check my tags and wait for the next release.

Just saw you released a new test release ... that's QUICK, thanks !! I will download it and try it tomorrow. I downloaded the file directy from your website (0.71) so am I using version 0.71.0?

Version number is displayed in the lower right corner of the main form.

Downloaded & installed the update: works fine now! No more problems in the Artist list, and no more problems in the Song index.

The more I use the program, the more I love it ..... Thanks for your good and quick support!
