MP3 jittering

I have a problem with one of avi movies - it has MP3 audio and the audio is jittering a lot when being played on TV (Sony Bravia).
It plays well on PC, with audio working normally.
I am using Shark007 Vista Codec Package (version 5.9.2)
Any idea what can be wrong or how to fix it?

Try update to version 1.09.1 (mono transcodes to stereo)
