BDP-S370 and thumbnails

Hi,

I cannot for the life of me work out how to display thumbnails on my BDP-S370. I have generated thumbs for all my videos, but I only get the stock icon show. Interestingly enough, I cannot get thumbnails while using Windows Media Player dlna server, or several other random DLNA servers I tried earlier.

Do any BDP-Sx70 owners get thumbnails on their devices?
