BDV-E370 and subtitles

I use BDV-E370 with newest trial version of WMS.
Everything is working great except subtitles.
I put all subtitles in one folder and configure it in the WMS settings.
Any help?

and also fastforward is not ok.
It blocks movie and gives error - corrupted file

Navigation via Transcoding folder. In the Settings folder, you can choose subtitles.
or Settings - Device - turn on "Always perform transcoding when subtitles are found"
