Black Screen and only audio when i tried to play mkv files

Hi,

First congratulations for this amazing software !! I'm really impressed about it functionalities.

Before i posted this new topic, i've already read all posts and follow all the instructions posted in this related topics:

I'm using WMS 1.03 (last version) in Windows 7 32 Bits.

My TV is a Sony Bravia KDL-46EX705

In WMS the device is set to Sony TV (DLNA, 16:9, 1920x1080)

I have a strange issue playing .mkv videos... sometimes my TV screen stays black,
sometimes it works well. Let me try to explain.

Supposed i have 2 .mkv video files (video1 and video2) i made this steps:
1) in TV, browse and start to play video1, everithing is fine, jump forward, rewind, pause etc.
2) stop this video and go back to Movies folder in Sony's menu.
3) again in TV, select and play video2. at this point, black screen and only audio.
4) if i return to video1, then is all fine again.

The strange thing is if i stop server, close de tray program and repeat the steps 1 to 4 but change the order to first video2 than video1, same thing happens but with video1.
Sometimes (in debug mode of WMS selected) in log get the error 00A2B294.

Already spend almost one week trying to solve this issue, but no sucess.

I think that's a problem in TsMuxer because sometimes to the same video file it shows more information. The two printscreens below is for the same video:

I'm taking new tests and detected when i use the "Movies - TsMuxer" profile, nothing shows on TV. Only when i set to "Movies (primary)-<some resolution>".

When i set "Movies - DirectShow - TsMuxer", video and audio are fantastic, but the subtitles don't, load. (I've already checked the FFDshow video decoder configuration, and Subtitles is enabled)

But here is the point. When not using TsMuxer, the video quality is poor and
i can see a little lags.

I really need help to play these .mkv files on my TV through TsMuxer.

Hi,

I found the problem !!

When i have subtitles, no video is displayed, only audio !!

Then i unselected the SRT, all works fine !!!

But i need the subtitles too !!!

Remember, i'm using the "Sony TV (DLNA, 16:9, 1920x1080)" profile which have
a forced TsRemux inside the .cfg (which is better with no lags).

How can i fix this issue ??

I read that the actual version of TsMuxer 1.10.6 (distributed with the WMS that i'm using) can remux with subtitles without need to be reencoded/transcoded.
