Hello,

When I clicked on the DVBVIDEO.ts in the Server and choose the VLC Media Player, nothing happens. And when I double click on the WMS Server over the Network and the Windows Mediaplayer was opend, I cant choose the TV channels, I only can watch the Videos and here the music from the server.
Usually with DVB-card comes DVB-Player. If there is no DVB-player, you can find it on the Internet.

Settings-Transcoder-"Codecs,frame"-File format.

Hello,
thanks for your help at first.

Yes the TV Card has a own program to show the tv channels. And there is no problem, the TV channels which I tryed to watch over the streaming client can I watch without any problems over the TV programm from the tv card.

The transcoder file format was always mpeg (DVD), and there were the problems.
But I also switch to mpeg ts and the 3 rd file format but with the same effect.

I told you before that the cpu processor load was 40 to 50 %, this processor load need the server program, but the total cpu processor load, when i try to watch the tv channel over the streaming client is 100 %, when i watch the one tv channel which I can watch over the streaming client there are 65 total cpu processor load.

So what can I do to watch all tv channels on the streaming client, is it possible that the computer is to slowly?

thanks for your help

In the list of channels on the right mouse button you can load file properties. What video encoding?
If the video encoding MPEG2, via folder "Transcoding" you can select a mode "Original video" in folder Settings. File format should be MPEG (DVD). This will reduce the CPU load.

Hello, thanks for your answer at first.
I load the file properties but i can t find "video encoding" the video codec is mp3 Audio codec mp2.
Than in settings -> Transcoding -> codec, frame, I can choose Video Format mpeg2 (is selected) or wmv, no "Original Video".

So did i have not the chance to select "Original Video" and reduce the cpu load or where is the menu to select this?

thanks

Navigation on Media Device.
Folder Transcoding - DVB - choose Channel, Settings - Original Video on
In parameters of Test Transcoding must be -vcodec copy

Hello, thanks for your reply.

I have to say sorry, the video codecs when i load file properties is MPEG2VIDEO.

When I go in the folder "Folder Transcoding - DVB - choose Channel, Settings - Original Video on",
I can't test transcoding because the message "Transcoding is not supported" comes, when i try this.
I donet know how I can choice the in parameters from test transcoding.

However I used a other computer a dual core Pentium with 2,4 GHz and 2 GB RAM.
There is the cpu load 30 % for the hole system.

At first when i searched the first 6 tv channels, and than try to watch this channels on the media client it works very well.
Than i searched longer for more channels, wildmediaserver found 64 tv channels, than i abort the search.

But the progam found the first 6 channels over other search parameter, so that the 60 tv channels are 6 tv channels because the other are a double of the first 6 tv channels.

I try to watch this channels over the media client and than there was a distorted video, but better than with the other computer.

I dont know but between the first and the second tv channel search came this problem.

I do than the test transcoding from a tv channel, the result you can see in the picture.

Can you help me?
thanks Richard
