Dear Eugene,

probably i have not understood the correct settings in WMS.
i have set the podcasts, i see the podcasts in ps3 video e podcast. I see thumbnails but the only thing ps3 tell me is "broken data".
i'll post the screenshots of my configuration.

i think my computer doesn't make the transconding
any vlc console windows dont appears. any dos console windows dont appears.

where is my setting error ?

please.. post an step by step tutorial for add media feed on my pc and related to ps3.

hi,
i'm back on the umlauts problem...

-in the movie list the files are listed correctly...
-i tryed to enter umlauts in the transcoding profile und tested output with different ExtractXY(String) functions. result: without & with use of such a function i get the umlauts as entered, so the problem should be on an other place...
-tryed all your sugestions from page 1 to page 3 in this topic, no change..
(ExtractShortName() still not working for me)

any idea?

WMS was working normal on my WIN7 PC. I installed and then uninstalled VBuzzer VOIP messenger. After that WMS does not load and stays stucked with WMS logo saying Server starts but it does not go forward. Have tried to reinstal WMS but still same, Please advise.

Сheck the list of network adapters in Window Control Panel

On WMS Server page , List of Networks Adaptors is showing my Network card with correct IP. But when I want to Select Device, message pops up that we need to start Server for searching Device, I click OK. Search starts but never finishes. I shutwown WMS. REstart WMS, enter Device IP manually, Device code is shown correct by clicking red icon on right, I enter Device certificate and click green arrow, Device is accepted and activated. All fields on this page are filled but Name of Device field remains blank(Sony Bravia) because server is not starting/handshaking with Device. Please advice.

I recommend looking at the list of running applications and services.
