Startup program by starting Windows

Post by Victorio »

This autoload feature doesnt seem to work on my 64 bit Windows 7.
I placed a shortcut (start minimized) in my startup programme's folder but that doesn't do what i hoped it to do... WMS starts with windows but the program isnt minimized.

How can I start wms (and server) automatically when Windows starts?

Is there a possibility regarding on this startup-topic to have an option to not show the splashscreen on startup?

No, this option is not. You can use the mode as a service in Windows.

But when I run it as a windows service my TV doesnt see the server. Like it isnt running at all.

Really too bad I can't run the program (minimzied) and start the server at windows startup.

I had the same problem running WMS as a windows service, the Panasonic TV says cannot access the server.
Running as a normal application - no problem
Otherwise great software, I continuously find new things - that also work!

If you use a firewall program, check its rules for the module wms.exe (if the server runs as a service Windows, the module wmssvc.exe),

I have both start server when program starts and start program when windows starts - and it does not work. Using Windows XP 32 bit - I have to manually start the program every time.
