Since it is running on your vista workstation, it would be that address.
Can your see server per (http://server_ip_address:server_port) from another machine, not the vista machine.
You might have to set a static port. per attachment
Guess I should have added, if setup like the pic, http://192.168.xxx.xxx:9000

I tried installing Wild, and initially I forgot to open a port in my router. It didn't work, obviously. Once I set up Port Forwarding in my Router through Port 4900 to the IP of my PC running WMS, all was OK.
