ok interesting: if i let vlc transcode the while streaming to the same format i would transcode from wms... div3,mp3 in avi... i can't get the strem playback with a second vlc player...(same with wms) if i let it transcode to mpeg2,mp3 in mpeg-ts i can connect with other instance of vlc and with wms...
