Re: Transcoding WTV files cuts in the middle
Yes, I have checked them. In fact, now I configured to transcode the whole Recorded TV's folder, which of course only contains WTV's. None of the videos transcoded correctly. This seems to be a serious problem. If you look at the attached picture, all orilginal shows are 63 mins long, except one whi...

Transcoding WTV files cuts in the middle
When transcoding, live or pre-transcoding, WTV files, my server always stops transcoding in the middle of the videos. No error or any other information is logged. Could it be that the transcoder doesn't know how long the video is? The following is the only suspect information I see in the log: "...

Re: Justin.tv
Doesn't work for me on my Samsung TV. When playing, the transcoding on the server is not starting and the TV says that the format is not supported. Anyone knows the problem/solution?

Confirmed! Upgraded to 1.10, and it is working in service mode.
Thought I had the latest version when filing this post. Thank you.

Re: Fix WTV support
UPDATE: It works when using WMS in "Program" mode, but not when installing it as a service. I really want this to work when using it as a service. I don't want to stay logged in on the server. In this case, the mode does not matter What do you mean by that? That it's confirmed not to work...

Re: Fix WTV support
Well, I have a Samsung UE46B7070 and of course I'm using the Samsung TV (DLNA, 16:9, 1920x1080) profile. But I doubt that would matter, because neither of the profiles state that the TV supports WTV. So, WMS should transcode when the TV requests such a file, but the TV seems to think that it should ...

Fix WTV support
Hi, WTV files do not transcode on at least Samsung TV's. Now that I have upgraded my Home Server to 2011, this was my top 1 feature that I looked forward to use. However, it doesn't work. Using the built-in dlna (Windows Media) works with the Samsung, although the transcoding is very poor with that,...

Re: .wtv
Hi,
I also have the same issue with my Samsung TV. Do anyone have a solution for this? When selecting a wtv on the TV, transcoding does not start at all.
regards,
Staffan
