Subtitles on Nokia Lumia 710

Hi,

I've managed to configure my Nokia Lumia 710 to work with WMS, and I must say I'm really happy about it (my kids are even more happy than me :-) )...but I haven't figured out how to display subtitles for movies? Does anyone knows how to set it up?

Thanks in advance,
Marin

Re: Blu ray folder

brettich,

I have Denon AVR-1709 receiver connected to LG BD390, and DTS audio works great (when playing blu ray movies with DTS-HD audio track)...still, I must try to play one DVD ISO file to see if menus are displayed OK.

Regards

Re: Blu ray folder

@brettich,

I'll answer your questions on friday, right now I'm not at home.

@Petar,

I am using profile for WDTV. Eugene recommends those settings for LG BD390.

Pozdrav,
best regards,

Re: Blu ray folder

brettich,

thanks for your answer. I have LG BD390, which works perfectly with WMS, but unfortunately, there is no way that it will recognize folder on HDD as Blu ray disc. Please, let someone correct me if I'm wrong :-)

Best regards,

Blu ray folder

Hi Eugene,

can WMS play Blue ray when all contents are on HDD? I've copied one blu ray to HDD, and added that folder to WMS, but it can only see m2ts files, no menus etc. Also, some m2ts files won't play...what can I do? Make ISO of that folder or what?

Thanks in advance,

Re: LG BD390 and subtitles

Eugene, thanks for all your help, everything is working now :-) I've selected, for option "Subtitles directory", my folder where all movies are, and after I've deleted that entry, (now is a blank field), and everything works :-) Great :-) Once more, your server is the best of all... Regard...

Re: LG BD390 and subtitles

Well, I've chosen WD TV (with DLNA), selected DLNA 1.5...but do I have to enable option Always perform transcoding when subtitles are found? And in Transcoder menu, tab Subtitles, speed indicator, what should I set as a Subtitles directory? I have one folder with many movies, every movie is in its o...

LG BD390 and subtitles

Hi, Eugene, I must say I'm impressed with your application, everything works great for me, except subtitles. I was using Nero Media Home Essentials 4 before your server, and subtitles worked great. Every movie is in own folder, together with subtitle file, which have name exactly as movie file. I've...
