Hello again Eugene,
I would like to ask you if there is anything changed since program version 1.10 until the nowadays version that can make LG 2010 TVs work with streaming?, Is there any improvement in this sense?.
Zebulon, did you finally managed to get it work?
Thank you all in advance,

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
Hello again, As Zebulon has said, I think we are close to making work, but we do not know which parameters could be related with our issues. Zebulon, I confirm you that, as I explained on my first post, I got another "rarely" behaviour (only 6 seconds loop over and over again) with interne...

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
Hello Eugene, What dou you mean?, do you need more information from my part (logs or something)?. As far as we know, transcoding is not working on two LGs 42LX6500 (zebulon and mine); may be it works with other 2010 LGs (is this what you mean?). Please, if you think there is anything else remaining ...

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
Hello Eugene,
I tried these configurations and like I said, are not working. So, there is nothing else to try?. Wild Media Server is not going to be able to work with 2010 LG TVs?
Thanks,

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
Hello Eugene, Yes, the TV tries to determine the duration of the video, for the transcoded content it's failed. Do you think is possible to implement a software "trick" in WMS that can be able to make the TV believe that it is a normal file (with its duration and all the staff)?...if not, ...

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
Hello Eugene, Transcoding started in "Transcoding panel" (after selecting the playback on TV) ? Yes, transcoding process starts despite of the "Invalid File" message shown on TV. In fact I have tried also with bigger files and the transcoding process remains working until the end...

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
Eugene, I have done this: 1. Create the folder C:\LgTest 2. Download file http://www.wildmediaserver.com/test/Wildlife.wmv and copy to the folder "C:\LgTest" 3. WMS - Settings - "Media-resources" - "Folder list" - Add - C:\LgTest - Scan 4. LG TV - WMS (...) - Movies - T...

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
Hello Eugene,
I have just tested both cases you have said, and none of them is working: "Invalid File" in both cases.
Any more suggestions Eugene?
Zebulon, what are your results?, is not working like in my case?
Thanks to both,

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
So the transcoding itself from 1st experiment is O.K., but something goes wrong through DLNA when TV is reading the file or computer is sending the file, while transconding is in progress. Maybe the TV tries to verify the file integrity before starting to load it, or the computer has the file avail...

Re: LG 42LX6500 configuration
Hello Eugene, Why do you say "normal (not internet) files"?. Is there any difrence between "internet tv" transcoding and a local movie transcoding?. Are you meaning that I am not going to be able to play "internet tv" at all?. As I tried to explain before, playing a nor...
