I've already do that without success (installation was made with this user too, it's an administrators). I reinstall a fresh Windows 7 and install the latest WMS : samething.

This is my setup : WMS installed on Windows 7 SP1 x86 and it run as a service with a local user account (wms_svc for example). All my data (music, video, picture) are on an NAS (D-LINK DNS343) and I was able to play all the stuff on my PS3 with this settings.
