Hi,
I have read about the web-navigation and have added a script to the web-navigation screen. (copied from this forum). I use port 2009 but when I try to access the page (http:192.168.1.98:2009/) I get either access denied or cannot find page. Is there another secret setting what could be wrong.

I also run Ils on the pc so could there be a conflict here?

Check the list of authorized client devices (Settings - Server)

Thank you for the quick answer. I have probably misunder stood what it was used for.

I have a Sony TV and one license, so I guess that I cannot use this feature.

4. If you do not have enough trial period to test the program or if you have already bought a license and want to test it out with another device, you can apply by mail info@wildmediaserver.com for a free activation code on 15 days (required the Device Code).

Hello,

Sorry for my bad English but I am Frenchspeaking.

I am a newcomer and I was trying WMS but I encounter strange problems.

The trial version is usable until 3 March but since yesterday the software say that the licence is expired for my TV !??
So I cannot test WMS. Why ?

I see that my PC communicate not onlly with the TV via DLNA but also with Ethernet interface (another MAC address) , Wifi interface (another MAC address) and finally with the router (another MAC address) when I will use the Podcast for Youtube.

How much licences must I have ? Only one because there only 1 terminal device (my Sony TV) or as many licenses as there are intermediate parts (with different MAC addresses) between the PC and the terminal device (Sony TV) ?

Sometimes users change the system date

1. For each media device requires its own license (activation code). If the device has a different connection types (wired and wireless) and you want to use both types of connections, that require different licenses (different Device Codes).

4. If you do not have enough trial period to test the program or if you have already bought a license and want to test it out with another device, you can apply by mail info@wildmediaserver.com for a free activation code on 15 days (required the Device Code).

If you are using a server with only the TV, then you need a license for TV. If you want to use wired and wireless connection, you must have two licenses.

I never have do that !!! Then it must be a bug with this function.

In the future (no time actually) I shall contact you to obtain an extra time to test WMS. I really hope that it will encounter my expectation and I will buy it.
