Media navigation structure

Hello,
I have a couple of questions that I have tried to answer using the forum or just trial and error.
1. My TV navigation is Movies-->All Movies-->(T) Folders for each movie-->Original, Interval, Settings, movie file. All the movies are transcoded to my Sammy. First I would like the All Movies to be grouped by alphabet. I have checked the group folder when items are greater than XX which groups the movies by alphabet in the media resources folders (under media resource folders and the Transcoding-->Media resource folders) just fine. I have tried to edit the folder to Grouped but it then does not display any media so I am not sure how to do this. Second I would like to have the navigation simplified to Movies-->All Movies-->Movies grouped in folders by alphabet-->Transcoded movie file displayed as movie thumb. I do not need the original folder displayed since my Sammy cannot play the original and I do not see me using the interval folder much. I know I can go to each transcoded movie folder and hide these unwanted folders but I do not cherish having to do each one manually. Thanks.
