Dvd subtitles

With some dvd's the embedded subtitles cannot be switched on in transcoding - settings - subtitles. It just doesn't see the subtitles, while I know they are there.
Also, would it be possible to have the dvd menu available some day?

Settings-Media-Resources-Scanning - try turn on mode "Creating folders DVD-structure for DVD-directories", possible the analysis of the stream subtitles included on the list of tracks. DVD-menu will be necessary, if supported by device manufacturers through DLNA.
