Some youtube videos doesnt seem to transcode

Hi,
I am trying to transcode some youtube videos like the following link
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mzm9hZNu3wU, but it doesnt seem to transcode properly. It just hangs.
What settings is expected to make this work?

Try new version
youtube2.zip
