Simple answer if possible

THE FILE IS CORRUPT OR NOT SUPPORTED ............. this is the message i get when trying to play shows from "Watch Free TV Shows " and some others , can someone explain to me , i am not computer literate , in simple plain English what i am doing wrong and how to fix it in some simple easy steps, really would appreciate some help here , thanks Joe
