Can somebody help me ik cannot see any subtitle while playing the first vob file.

Via folder Transcoding you can to select a subtitle track.

P.S. Maybe useful the mode "Creating DVD structure folder for DVD-directories" (Settings - "Media-resources"- Scanning)

i did that, but by the first vob i don't get a sub.

it is only the firtst vob
