Automatically MKV transcode when have built-in subtitle

I have a LG Infinita 32LD650 and want to automatically transcode MKV files when it has built-in subtitle (TV has no support for inside subtitle on MKV files, only external). Anyone has a idea?

Choose the playback via Transcoding folder. If you will need subtitles you can select them in the Settings folder.
