Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

Hi,
I am trying to use the "Pre-transcode(f)" script to convert mkv to .mpg (MPEG-TS for Samsung) but the subs doesnt show up.
Profile is set to Movies (Primary) and the format is internal mkv (TEXT) and the sub track is selected (yellow) in the movie list.
When I transcode something that has an external .srt it works fine but the problem seems to be with mkv internal subs and I have tried a few different ones.
I have tried "external subtitle module ssa, ass" switch both on and off. I use 1.05 08.30.2010.
Any suggestions?

Use "Pre transcoding (media-resource)", "Pre-transcode(f)" does not use the selected tracks.
