Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

Does anyone know how to connect the WMS to a Panasonic TX-L42D TV. WMS can not find the IP address/tv. This address is displayed in the list of DHCP of the Router. The router is TP-Link TL-WR941ND. The server works in Windows Vista.

I've tried everything but no result. Absolutely no reaction. Do you have another way for me to try.
