Some Questions

Hi guys,
I'm new to WMS. I just purchased it yesterday after giving it a try for a couple of weeks. Overall, I have found this to be a great DLNA server; significantly better than any of the others I've used over the years (PS3MS, Tversity, Windows Media Player, etc.). It solved the main problem I had with my WDTV Live, I can finally stream high bit rate blu-ray rips without worrying about any stuttering. Also, it seems that unlike other DLNA servers WMS can play anything including ISOs.
However, I have a couple of questions/concerns that I was hoping others could assist me with, they are as follows:
1) It seems to take longer for my movies to start streaming using WMS (about 25 seconds) relative to SMB shares (about 15 seconds); is this normal? If not, any suggested settings to improve this?
2) Last night I experienced a blackout and as a result the IP address my router assigned to my two WDTV Live units changed, WMS no longer recognized them and as a result the server could not be started. To fix this I had to go into the settings under server and by fumbling around with the settings of each WDTV Live WMS recognized the new address and then things were working again. Is this normal? It's the first time I've ever had to do this with any DLNA media server. Is there any settings that I need to adjust so I don't have to go in manually and fix this in the event of a blackout or just resetting my router?
3) Is there any way to assign a thumbnail to the first menus you see when you connect to WMS (in my case only Movies, Photos, and Server show up as I've hidden others)? Presently, I've only found a way to assign thumbnails to the next level down - i.e. Watch Folders, etc.
4) I have a few ISOs each of which is in its own folder but I can't seem to get cover art to show up in WMS for these ISOs. What exactly do I have to do?
5) I am a complete novice when it comes to setting up metadata for my movies, I presently have each of my movies in their own folder with cover art (folder.jpg). Is there a tutorial I can use to get WMS to scrape metadata for my movie collection?
Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer and my compliments again to the WMS team for creating a DLNA server that works with almost anything.
