Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

How must i setup transcoding for flac files.
If i use foobar2000 (how can play flay files)
to get a flac file from wms.
the url includes "mp3" instead "flac".
with other media servers, foobar2000 get/send
the correct url.
