MP3 playback

Hi,

Having trouble playing back MP3s. Some play back but most don't. The same MP3s play back using the Samsung Share Manager with no problems.

When I try to play an MP3 on the client it attempts to play until I either stop the server or the client shuts itself down. Some times I get an unsupported file format message on the client but as I say the same MP3s play OK on the Samsung server.

I have tried amending the ID tags via iTunes but it made no difference.

How do I go about setting up MP3s to play? Do I need to transcode the MP3s?

Thanks.

Strange problem, may be fixed in version 0.72.2 (another user reported this problem), but not sure.
Now you can delete the mp3 from the list of supported devices (Settings-Device-Embedded file support-Music) and
transcode to LPCM. Transcoder - Transcoding file params - Music: Extension: s16be;
Mime-type: audio/L16;rate=44100;channels=2.
