Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

I installed WMS 1.03 on a Windows XP MCE 2005 machine as a test and can see the WMS on my home network. I then installed it on a Win XP Pro PC with SP3 but cannot see WMS on the network. I am using a Seagate Freeagent Theater+ device to pull in my movie files. I can see the XP Pro files from the Seagate via a Network connection, but not as a WMS connection. The Seagate can see the XP MCE 2005 as a WMS.

Viewing network connections from a 3rd PC running Windows 7 Pro, I can see the WMS on the Windows XP MCE 2005 PC, but not the one using XP Pro.

Any thoughts?
