Finding Video media

1st time poster. Quick and hopefully easy question. I creat 2 different types of movie file when downloading to my explorer library folders. I type is with the video inside a folder while the other id just the movie file by itself. My problem is how to get WMS to recognize and include the stand alone movie files (not in folders) in its library? Thanks in advance.

Files are always in folders.
A separate file can be added to podcasts, you must specify the full path to the file.
