Transcoding for BBC-iplayer
Posted: Sun Jun 20, 2010 11:30 am
Hello,
I am using WMS 1.03 on XP.
BBC Iplayer was working but now no longer works.
I am unclear as to which transcoder/profile should be in use. Also notice that Mencoder is "greyed out".
All thumbnails are OK and run locally when selected.
Test transcode does not complete, it looks like transcoding never starts. The command window shows :-
"C:\Program Files\Wild Media Server\wmsmpeg.exe" -i "\\.\pipe\3C81BF41F72947998D
ABF56A386C867E" -f dvd -vcodec mpeg2video -b 8000000 -aspect 16:9 -copyts -pix_
fmt yuv420p -r 25.000 -threads 2 -acodec ac3 -ab 448000 -ar 48000 "C:\Program Fi
les\Wild Media Server\temp\WmsTemp\Test_45434dd48f4108297ec25739a809ff25.mpg" -v
-1 -loglevel quiet
