Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

Hi,
i have installed the WMS Server with Service on Windows 7. Normally on my old system (Windows XP) the server starts automatically but now at windows 7 it doesnt work. Everytime i will reach the server over my Phillips TV i must start the GUI und retstart the server manually. Then it works.
I have disabled the Firewall to see if this is an evidence but it also doesnt work without firewall.
Reinstall of WMS didnt change anything.

Hopefully someone could help me.

The only problem in the Service mode ?

I think so! I think Service Mode is not Wirkung correctly because if i restart the Service under Control Panel -> Administration -> Services IT doesnt work.
Its only working if i restart Server over the GUI !

Settings - Addtional - Autoload - turn off "Installation Windows Service". Сheck the existence of the problem.

Here iam,
i setoff service mode and restart windows. Then I start WMS and run the WMS Server but it doestn work.
After i recognized this i clicked "Restart Server" after a few secounds it works great. So its not the porblem of Service Mode.

If there is a problem only after switching on the TV, then most likely not have access UPnP-messages from the TV to the server.

it seems like it works right now but i will test it on the next days and report it.
I dont know why its working but it works. I only disabled Settings -> Server -> Use the Adress of 0.0.0.0 UPnP messages and reactivate the service mode.

Problem still exist but i think the TV has a fault.
For a few seconds i saw a film over WMS and i tested what happend if i turn off the TV when the film end. So i made an restart from my Bravia TV and the server cant connect wo WMS.
If the server works still works 1 Minute ago, it could not rest on the WMS Server but on TV.

Maybe the Network Ips not correct ?

My TV has 192.168.1.4
WMS Server 192.168.1.1
but Networkrouter 192.168.2.1

all have the subnet 255.255.0.0

I couldnt understand why WMS it not working because under WinXP i had no Problems.

Does someone have any ideas ? I had payed for this programm and its not working since 1 Week.
Today i reinstalled WMS and now the tv doestn find the server
