Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

Straight to the question...
I'm trying to translate WMS to my 2 native languages. The thing is has anyone till now ever gotten a free license for doing such a job?
I read the description in the Free License segment and said that for translating you can get:
from 0 ( ) - to 10 licensees
So there is a possibility that even you do something you won't get anything?
Anyway, this is my first post and I don't want to sound greedy or anything. Just asking...

The program supports the automatic translation system - 0 licenses.
