Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

I have WMS set to use the higher resolution thumbs.
It is starting to take a while for them to load making me wait for the thumbs to load before I can
do anything on the page. (the page loads instantly, and then the thumbs come slowly).

I have set WMS back to use the lower resolution thumbs to see if it makes a big difference.
How can I clear the thumb cache so I can cache the new, lower rez ones?

Thumbnails that the program creates from a movie, you can create on right click mouse in the list of films.
