Problems with WMS and Samsung B650

I encounter few problems with WMS. Maybe someone can help me.
- I watch many MKV files without transcoding. How can I set WMS to support fast forward? It is not working at all.
- I set Directory for movie Thumbnails in WMS settings, but this folder is always empty. Every time I restart the server thumbnails (of any kind) are gone form TV memory, and they must be fetched each time all over again. I want to WMS to remember each created thumnail for movie, photo and music. Can I do that?
- And very annoying problem. I have high quality pictures (HD), fetching and creating thumbnails for them are very time consuming. Samsung PC Share Manager do it rather quickly, but WMS is slow as hell. I don't have to mention, that creating thumbs for MKV files is taking 5-10 seconds for each movie. Again, PC Share Manager is much quicker. Lowering down thumbs resolution didn't help a bit. Any sugestions? I turn off thubs completly, it's not usable.
