Duplicate translations on Screen (Arabic Lanaguage)

HI
Thanks for a wonderful program , really works great ,
I've two issues :
1. sometimes Audio & Video are not synced ,
2. I use arabic translation however sometimes displayed twice , specially after sometime in the movies after 20-30 minutes
it is displayed once ok (bottom of the screen) and above line (Above the good one) in other non usable language ?
I mean the same translation however in different timing and in wrong language set
Would appreciate your earliest response
